We deliver to most places in Southwestern Ontario. You can also opt to pick up your order at the farm.
Lead Times
We try to keep our freezers stocked with all of our products at all times. We do run out of items but usually have more on the way in a week or two. We will let you know if we cannot fill your order in under two weeks, and let you decide whether to split the order (receive the missing items when they arrive) or wait to receive all of your products at once.

Instructions for various delivery routes
We’ve included general information about the delivery and pickup methods below:
Home Delivery
We will contact you by text or email to confirm the day of delivery. Please let us know if you will not be home or if you’d like alternate arrangements (e.g., leaving the box on your porch or with a neighbor). Our boxes will keep your order frozen for a couple of hours, depending on the weather.
Please note: Coolers are usually not large enough for our boxes, but a shaded area will work if you’ll return shortly after delivery.
Pick-up – GTA Scarborough (Sheppard and Kennedy Wal-Mart)
This is a great option for customers in the GTA. The meeting time is 11:00am sharp at the parking lot at Wal-Mart, Kennedy and Sheppard.

To bring your order, we need:
- Payment (e-transfer to accounts@zettelfamilyfarms.ca or credit card)
- A reply confirming you will be there
Pick-up at the Farm
You can pick up your order at a time of your choosing after the date on this email. Let us know when you plan to arrive, and we’ll make sure your order is ready for pickup.
