Customers get to enjoy everything the wonderful creature called “pig” has to offer… sausage, pork chops, bacon, smoked meats… you name it.
You receive a total of 70lbs of pork products.
Sausage/patties/ground pork amounts are determined by taking the total 70lbs and subtracting items according to your choices. The remainder is divided up equally among your sausage/ground choices.
For example, if your cut options weight 50lbs and you want garlic and italian sausage, you will get 10lbs of italian sausage and 10lbs of garlic sausage. Your total weight is 70lbs.
